I found out yesterday that my daughter won second place in the Vallum Children’s poetry contest for her poem Flying shoe and will be in the same issue that I had two of my poems accepted in: 6:2 Play and the Absurd. What were the chances? How cool is that. Their next issue, to which you can still submit ’til the end of the month is the LUCK issue. Is that a coincidence?
